RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand clients’ requirements and preferences, and identify suitable properties within their budget and criteria.
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
- Actively promote and market available properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.
- Negotiate property prices, rental terms, and contract terms on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date market information, property values, and trends to clients.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and developers to generate leads and referrals.
- Stay updated on real estate regulations, market conditions, and industry trends in Dubai.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of property transactions, client interactions, and market analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent in Dubai’s property market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including current trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate industry tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
