I told him my situation and we wasted no time and viewed a few apartments on the spot. I did not find anything that fit my requirements, but he told me to just enjoy my vacation and leave the stress to him. I am quite meticulous when it comes to finding a place I could call home, so suffice to say being thousands of miles away during the search did not help at all. Joseph, however, did everything for me. We were in constant communication the entire time, and although I dodged a few other apartments he showed me, he maintained professional and never gave up. Finally, one day, he sends me a video of this particular unit saying "you are gonna love it!" And I did! I checked the apartment as soon as I came back and fell in love with it! Joseph deserves 10 stars for being so passionate about what he does, and for knowing what exactly the client needs. He restored my faith in brokers and I will definitely refer him to everyone I know.
