Caesars Palace Dubai is Shutting Down After Just 5 Years

Caesars Palace Dubai is a project by Ennismore and the Banyan Tree Group have joined forces with Dubai Holding to introduce a spectacular new hotel venture in Dubai.

The project, located on Bluewaters Island, marks the end of an era for Caesars Palace Dubai, which is set to be replaced by the luxurious Banyan Tree Dubai, slated to open its doors in November 2023.

This momentous agreement was officially signed by Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accor, and Amit Kaushal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding.

The transformation of Caesars Palace Dubai into Banyan Tree Dubai will encompass a comprehensive refurbishment.

More About Banyan Tree Dubai

The reimagined resort will boast 179 well-appointed rooms, including 30 exquisite suites and a magnificent four-bedroom villa that comes with its own private entrance, pool, and beach access.

Among the highlights of the new Banyan Tree Dubai is the Banyan Tree Spa, featuring a dedicated reception, relaxation area, state-of-the-art gym, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, private mini rainforests, hydrotherapy pools, and a range of treatment rooms.

The resort will also be home to five diverse restaurants and bars, offering an array of culinary experiences.

Moreover, the property will introduce 96 private residences, encompassing one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units.

These residences will have their own dedicated lobby, an inviting outdoor swimming pool, and seamless access to the hotel’s extensive facilities.

Long-Term Strategic Partnership

Under a long-term strategic partnership agreement signed in 2016 between Accor and the Banyan Tree Group, the operation of the new hotel will be a collaborative effort between Banyan Tree Group and Ennismore, following a similar successful model implemented at Banyan Tree La Cigale Doha, Qatar, and Banyan Tree AlUla, Saudi Arabia.
